What 200 Calories Looks Like In Different Foods

What does 200 calories actually look like in some of your favorite foods? You may be surprised.

WiseGEEK presented a photo project that compares various foods and how the measure up. Think that Snickers bar is just a harmless snack now and then? Maybe….or not. How about the insane amount of calories in the Coke you slurp down mindlessly? And don’t get me talking about that hot dog. I love hot dogs. 🙁

On the other hand, I’m totally encouraged by the portion size of honeydew melon, one of my favorites.
