Accused Child Molester Roy Moore Says America Was Last ‘Great’ During ‘Slavery’ (VIDEO)

It appears that accused pedophile Roy Moore believes that America’s last “great” era took place when African Americans were in chains picking cotton calling white men “master.”

During a campaign event earlier in the year, Moore was asked by a member of the audience his opinion concerning the last time he felt America was a “great” nation. To which he replied:

I think it was great at the time when families were united—even though we had slavery—they cared for one another…. Our families were strong, our country had a direction.”

Moore’s statement purposely glossed (whitewashed) over slavery as less than an afterthought, instead he expounded the “virtues” of his twisted confederate Utopian delusion.

As a topper, the person who asked the question was one of only a few African Americans in attendance.

While Moore’s remarks were featured in a Los Angeles Times article in September, they once again resurfaced in a viral tweet by former President Barrack Obama administration official Eric Columbus.

Meanwhile, on December 4, 16 time accused sexual assaulter Donald Trump threw his support behind the alleged pedophile Alabama judge, Tweeting:

“Putting Pelosi/Schumer Liberal Puppet Jones into office in Alabama would hurt our great Republican Agenda of low on taxes, tough on crime, strong on military and borders…& so much more. Look at your 401-k’s since Election. Highest Stock Market EVER! Jobs are roaring back!”

Moore’s comments also reference the racist inferences behind Trump’s “Make America Great Again” movement, which seeks to turn back the clock to a time when minorities had less power and white men could do or say practically anything they pleased. When Trump was asked the same question, he referenced the turn of the 19th century shortly after the Civil War. However, he also bragged that the “late ’40s and ’50s,” was a time when “we were not pushed around, we were respected by everybody, we had just won a war, we were pretty much doing what we had to do.”

Of course, like Moore, Trump overlooks the struggles of women and ethnic minorities, because in his mind they don’t even register on his radar as being relevant.
