WATCH: Cop BRUTALLY Suplexes Helpless Handcuffed Black Teen Girl To Cement For ‘Non-Compliance’

A La Mesa, California police officer is currently under investigation after he was filmed rag-dolling and slamming a helpless black teenage girl onto the cement at her school.

KTLA reports the incident took place at a charter school in San Diego, where officers were called to the school to talk to a 17-year old student who allegedly refused to leave school grounds at the request of administrators.

The video, shot by another student, features the unidentified handcuffed teen being dragged off the campus when she appears to pull away from the officer prompting him to pick her up, spin and slam her to the hard concrete pavement.

A spokesperson for the teen’s family says that she told school officials that she was feeling sick. However, administrators accused her of being under the influence of drugs. When they searched her bag, they uncovered pepper spray, which the teen claimed she kept for protection while traveling to and from school. However, school officials decided to suspend her for carrying a weapon.

Shockingly, the La Mesa Police Department seems to be backing their officer. Police chief Walt Vasquez issued a statement saying:

“As they were walking, the student became non-compliant on two separate occasions and made an attempt to free herself by pulling away from the officer. To prevent the student from escaping, the officer forced the student to the ground.”

According to Aeiramique Blake, a friend of the family, the young girl in the video told her that she felt officials were discriminating against her, so she stayed on campus in protest.

“No matter what was done or not done, that was not the appropriate way to handle a young lady. The community is completely outraged,” Blake said in a statement.

As for the officer in the video, Vasquez said the officer is under investigation and will not be patrolling the school campus while its ongoing.

This psycho should be behind bars, but he’ll probably get a promotion.
